described as Lots 1 and 2, and N U' of Lot 3, Plock 3, A. '_1. Calloways
Addition, Zoned I'D"=-_esidence District; reruestin- waiver of front
and rear yard space requirements.
The pastor of the church and another member were present to explain
the application. This waiver is necessary to pernit construction of
a parsona;-e to be joined to Church. The street next to the proposed
building is unused. There Were no objectors -to t:}e apnlication.
'Mi:_s Penton made the motion, seconded by i:r. Baldwin, that the
application be granted. The notion carried.

waiver of rear yard space require-:lents.
71r. ?Wicks was -resent and stated this waiver was necessary as he wanted
his house to set in line with. ot- -her houses already constructed, which
woalc be 42' from the front Property line. T'_his will leave him 15' rear
Yard space. The-r� were no objections to the application.
IIr. Dal-c---r_n nade the Notion, seconded by Miss Penton, that the application
be granted. The notion carried.

South, described as Lot 77, Forest Heights Place Addition, Zoned "A"
One -Family; requestin- 8' rear yard Waiver.
Mr. Lamberson was present and explained his application to the Board.
There were no objections to his apnlication.
Mr. ilarak made the motion, seconded by :1r. Baldwin, that the application
be approved. The motion carried.
Mr. Tarlowski then asked that the minutes show that the Board expressed
their re ret in learning of Mr. Butz' call to military service and -that
they wished him a speedy return.
