II. IIarak, Chairraan Iir. Louis Tarlowski Mr. Idarren Baldwin PIr. Marion Butz, Act. Director Docket No. 22-50 ITilliam i3. Ileadrick, 4100 Kenyon Street, described as Lots 24 and 25, Block 16, Hillcrest Addition, Zoned "Al' One -Family, requesting waiver of rear yard space .requirements so as to construct a one family residence on the above mentioned lots. !Jr. T'rs. Ileadrick were both present. They plan to have a ­arage on the back of the hoase. The Board asked if he would like to ,get a 51 waiver also on his front yard, thereby sett.4ng back 201 from the front property line. Mr. & Iirs. Headrick both stated this would please them, and woi:Lld save them some money as there is a slope in the land. There we-e no objectors to the application. Is. Tarlowski made the motion, seconded by "r. Baldwin that the application be Tranted, amending it to include a 5t waiver in the front yard. The notion carried. Docket No. 25-50 Westover Hills I-r-sY,- Arian Cl_urch b-r Tho--gas T.. Ramsey, 'rustee, Nor' ': rc: corner haysn; f,nley , described as Lots A, 201 and 21, Jest ?r -ills Addition, Lots 20 Zoned "A" One -Family and Lots A and 21 Zoned "F" rci al, request -2 n : -raiver of -rear yard space requirements so as to permit construction of an educational addition. Mr. Ramsey was present to represent the petition. Mr. Cato was present, stating that he felt the construction would cut off his rear view. This was not considered a serious objection b,-T the Board. Mr. Tarlowski made the motion, seconded by Mr. Baldwin, that the application be granted. The motion carried. Docket No. 20-50 F. D. Henderson, 2307 North Beech, described as Lot 18, Block 11, Country Cluh Heights Addition, 'Zoned "A"I One -Family, requesting waiver of side yard requirements. T',is application was up before the Board in June, but no decision was reached; therefore it was post-poned until the July meeting. Mr. Henderson was present to represent his application and Mr. & Mrs. Heman were present objecting the waiver. Mr. Marak wanted to know if any changes had been made since the last meeting. Mr. Henderson stated he had talked with Mrs. Ileman who was not in favor of any waivers. -2- Mr. Tarlowski wanted to '_know how far Mrs. Heman's building is from the side property line. She stated it was about 21' but she intended adding to her home on this side later . She stated that waiving the side yard for Mr. Henderson would decrease the value of her home. Mr. Butz wanted to knout if it were necessary for the 10' driveway., as a 7' driveway is considered sufficient. ILr. Baldwin wanted to know if the driveway could be reversed and be on the side next to Mrs. Heman. Mr. Henderson stated this could be done, but he pre- ferred it the way he had planned it. After some discussion, Tr. Baldwin made the motion, seconded by I4'r. Tarlowski, that the kitchen be constructed S' from the side line and the main portion of home 3' from the side line. The motion carried. Mr. Marak then told the Board that it was time to elect officers. Mr. Baldwin made the motion that Mr. Tarlowski be elected Chairman.
