to rent out part of the building. They wish to set up to the front property
line and leave 15' from the rear property line. However.. they plan to have a
5' set back at the corner of the building. There was some discussion about
the front set back as Mr. Butz felt they should set back 151 from the front
for the safety of traffic conditions. The Board asked Mr. Moses if they would
set back 10' from the front and he then wanted to know if he did this, could
he also set back 101 instead of the planned 15' from the rear property line.
Mr. Baldwin made the motion, seconded by Mr. Tarlowski that the application
be approved on the condition that there be a front and rear set back of 101.
The meeting was then adjourned.
