3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 20, 2018, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
6 A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME ON THE R-2 ZONED
7 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13324 COLONEL GLENN ROAD, LITTLE
8 ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. (Z-9292)

10 WHEREAS, a Notice of Appeal has been filed by a record objector as a result of the Little Rock
11 Planning Commission's approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multisectional manufactured
12 home on the R-2, Single-Family District, zoned property located at 13324 Colonel Glenn Road.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 6:00 PM, or as soon .
16 afterwards as the item is reached upon the call of the Agenda, in the Board Chambers on the second floor
17 of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street,Little Rock,Arkansas, on the Notice of Appeal of the approval of
18 a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multisectional manufactured home on the property located at 13324
19 Colonel Glenn Road(Z-9292).
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
27 resolution.
28 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
