3 A RESOLUTION TO SET NOVEMBER 17, 2015, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER TO ABANDON AN
5 ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED AT 12719 HUNTERS FIELD ROAD IN
6 THE HUNTERS COVE ADDITION, LOT 7R, TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
7 ROCK,ARKANSAS; (G-24-048); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 approve the abandonment of an access easement located along the northern and western perimeter of
11 property located at 12719 Hunters Field Road, pursuant to its General Police Power Authority under Ark.
12 Code Ann. §14-54-104;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
16 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on November 17, 2015.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
